Requirements:

• To obtain the United States Treaty Investor Visa (E2 Visa) it is recommended that
  you have a minimum of $1,000,000.00 US Dollars in investable assets**.
• About 50 % would be used for the purchase of the business and the rest for your new home. Additional costs for the Immigration attorney would be less than $10,000.00 U.S. Dollars.

• There are no quota restrictions for E2 Visas.
• The Spouse of an E2 Visa holder is eligible to accept any employment in the United States.
• After the initial and general admittance of 2 years, extensions can be obtained easily.

• Foreigners that start a business in the United States have a 80 % failure rate. By buying an existing business you can lower that risk dramatically.
